All of our goods are covered by a 14 day guarantee provided the goods are unopened, undamaged and in their original condition. If you are not satisfied with the goods supplied they can be returned within 14 days for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please phone us on 01359 772033 or email info@adambragg.co.uk to notify us that you will be returning your goods. The cost of returning goods to be replaced under warranty must be met by yourself. Please be aware that the item is posted at your own risk, and only once we have received the item(s) back in its original condition are we able to process a refund. We cannot process any returns without an original order number. Failure to provide the requested information may cause delays in dealing with your return.
We will deliver any replaced goods free of any carriage charge.
