7. Consumer Cancellation Rights (14-Day Cooling Off Period)

7.1 You have 14 days from the day after receiving your goods to cancel.
7.2 To cancel, you must notify us by email or post.
7.3 You must return goods within 14 days of cancellation.

7.5 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
