2. Eligibility

2.2 You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3.1 All products are subject to availability.

3.2 Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours and packaging may vary slightly.

3.3 We reserve the right to:

• Withdraw products

• Amend descriptions

• Correct errors or inaccuracies

4. Orders and Contract Formation

4.1 After placing an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email. This does not mean your order is accepted.

4.2 A legally binding contract is formed only when you receive a dispatch confirmation email.

4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including:

• Pricing errors

• Product unavailability

• Suspected fraud

If cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

5. Prices and Payment

5.1 All prices are shown in GBP (£).

5.2 VAT:

• If VAT registered: Prices include VAT where applicable.

• If not VAT registered: No VAT is charged.

5.3 Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.

5.4 Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept: Debit/Credit Cards, Paypal, on-line banking transfer payment.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery times are estimates only.

6.2 Risk passes to you upon delivery.

6.3 Ownership of goods passes once full payment has been received.

6.4 We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

7. Consumer Cancellation Rights (14-Day Cooling Off Period)

If you are purchasing as a consumer (not a business), you have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7.1 You have 14 days from the day after receiving your goods to cancel.

7.2 To cancel, you must notify us by email or post.

7.3 You must return goods within 14 days of cancellation.

7.4 You are responsible for return postage costs unless goods are faulty.

7.5 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).

7.6 The following items are non-refundable:​

• Sealed goods not suitable for return  once opened

8. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

• Of satisfactory quality

• Fit for purpose

• As described

If goods are faulty:

• Within 30 days: you may reject for a full refund.

• After 30 days: you may request repair or replacement.

Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging where possible.

We recommend tracked delivery, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

• Any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law

10.2 We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of profit, business, or opportunity

10.3 Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the goods.

11. Intellectual Property
